Description

Matcha green tea and flakey coconut combine inside a snappy dark chocolate shell to create an easy sweet vegan + paleo treat with just 6 ingredients!

Instructions

  1. In a food processor combine everything except the chocolate. Process until sticky.
  2. Press into a pan lined with wax paper (mine was 8×4″). Freeze for 2 hours until hard.
  3. Cut into 8 bars (or smaller!)
  4. Melt the chocolate chips. Coat each bar in chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Enjoy!
