- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1–2 cups ice
- Coconut whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Combine the spices in a jar or mug.
- Boil the milk. Pour over the spices and stir. Let it sit for 5-10 mins to steep and cool slightly.
- Chill for 1 hour in the freezer or 3-4 hours in the fridge until completely cool.
- In a blender, combine the banana, dates, and golden milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice. Blend briefly.
- Pour into a glass. Top with coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!
