Golden Milk Frappuccino

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 12 cups ice
  • Coconut whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the spices in a jar or mug.
  2. Boil the milk. Pour over the spices and stir. Let it sit for 5-10 mins to steep and cool slightly.
  3. Chill for 1 hour in the freezer or 3-4 hours in the fridge until completely cool.
  4. In a blender, combine the banana, dates, and golden milk. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add the ice. Blend briefly.
  6. Pour into a glass. Top with coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!
