Rainbow Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ORANGE LAYER
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medium carrot
  • Enough non-dairy milk to blend (about 1/3 cup)
  • GREEN LAYER
  • 1 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Enough non-dairy milk to blend (about 1/3 cup)
  • YELLOW LAYER
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • Enough non-dairy milk to blend (about 1/3 cup)
  • PURPLE LAYER
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • Enough non-dairy milk to blend (about 1/3 cup)
  • Optional: coconut cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend each layer individually, rinsing the blender in between. Set them in the freezer while blending the others.
  2. Once all layers are blended, spoon them into a glass one on top of another. Top with coconut cream if desired.
  3. Drink immediately.
